I have never done anything like this before and absolutely loved it. I had been struggling with anxiety and low self esteem and after doing my first class I left like a switch had went off and I felt 'normal' again with anxiety gone and I felt so proud of myself. Nici goes over the moves time and time again until we get it and makes it so enjoyable. It's for everyone and we all embrace and encourage one another. I'm not a great dancer but doing this class and seeing a video that was taken I felt I wasn't too bad at all haha. It's a place where we can just be ourselves free from embarrassment and worry of what people think...we can dress up or come casual whatever we wanna wear to feel great. I can't thank nici and the girls enough for making me feel welcome. Two weeks done and I can't wait for next week.

It’s been roughly a year or maybe more since I discovered the Confidance classes. When I first saw them I was amazed that people could feel such confidence to dance like that in front of others and as much as I wanted to come along I told myself  ‘that’s not for me. I couldn’t dream of doing that’. I chatted with Nici and as much as she tried I was not booking on😅. Fast forward to now & I did it! I took the leap & booked onto the commercial class & I am incredibly glad I did. Nici always kept in touch but as soon as I booked she messaged saying how proud she was and was so excited. She told me I could message anytime I needed or wanted to about anything at all and she met me half an hour  before class started so we could meet in person. The girls were all SUPER friendly & encouraging and it really felt like a safe place to be yourself, mess up and just go again. I saw genuine friendships and there is absolutely NO ROOM for negative self talk🫶🥹 it’s definitely a girls supporting girls vibe!

I even did a solo after everyone had left which shows how comfortable you feel so quickly. Since then it’s changed something in me and I can’t wait to come back and hope to dance less like a plank😂

I always feel like commercial is too technical for a beginner like me. At ConfiDance I love the vibe, the routine, the music and of course the teacher. 
Emilys class however is suitable for beginners and advanced dancers. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a high energy dance class X

To lock in your spot, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Rescheduling & Refunds
Life happens, we get it. If you need to reschedule, give us at least 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll do our best to sort it (subject to availability). Each booking gets one reschedule. Miss the deadline, and unfortunately, your booking’s a goner.

Here with a warm, friendly welcome and oodles of gratitude for being able to talk to you right here from the screen. And hoping we get to meet in person very soon!

“Growing up, my childhood involved living in an unhealthy and emotionally damaging environment which led to me having issues with alcohol by the age of 12. At the time I didn’t realise that my poor decisions came from a negative belief system that had ultimately convinced me that I was worthless. Thankfully, there came a point when I was at my lowest, that I asked for help which was the beginning of my transformation. I reframed my beliefs and began to discover who I truly am (worthy of every good thing) and also what I’ve always been so very capable of…setting up my own successful business! And this is only the beginning, so join me in the continuous evolution of The Confi Group for women who want to shine!

I want you to know that whatever your story - similar or completely different - your best life is waiting to be lived. All it takes is finding the right people and opportunities to kick start your own unique, exciting journey - step by step (or dance by dance!)
